It usually takes between 10-15 business days for the test results, once we have received the test. Once we receive the test, a notification will be sent out via email and SMS.
When your sample is scanned at the logistics center and registered as received at the lab, the processing timeline begins. This step ensures that your sample is tracked, and the testing process proceeds seamlessly.
For DNA tests, please note that the turnaround time is longer — typically 6–8 weeks from the time your sample is received.

After the testing process begins, your sample goes through multiple processing stages at the lab. These include sample preparation, analysis, and stringent quality control checks prior to result generation.
What if I haven't received any notifications yet - is the test gone in the post?
It can take 3–5 days after you've sent the sample before you receive a notification about us collecting it. If more than 5 days pass without an update, please reach out to us via the chatbot so we can follow up on your test.
