What languages doe your reports come in?
The interactive reports that you can open directly on my.gettested.io are currently available only in English. The interactive version shows your test results and insights directly on the website, and the language of this version cannot be changed.
If you prefer to view your results in another language, you can download your report as a PDF. PDF reports are available in Swedish, German, and Norwegian (depending on the test).
You can always select a preferred language in your account settings, but please note that this does not guarantee your specific test report is available in that language. Once you download the PDF, you will be able to see whether it’s available in the selected language.
At the moment, we do not offer any other languages for our reports.
How do I change language of my report and download the PDF?
Start by logging in to your my.gettested.io account.
Click on the account icon at the top.
3. Click on Communication Preferences.
4. From the pop up you are able to switch language and save.
5. Go to the test you want to download the PDF for, and click the PDF icon.
