Our health coach Häla holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Middlesex University in London and a Chemical Engineering degree from Lund University of Technology. She has over five years of clinical experience from a functional medicine clinic, working with a wide range of patients — from those with ME/CFS to individuals in good health who want to optimize their well-being.
Häla always works from an individualized perspective, creating a personalized plan based on where each person is on their health journey and their unique physical, practical, and genetic conditions. She stays up to date with the latest research in nutrition, including both food and supplementation. With her extensive experience and knowledge, Häla helps you interpret your results and provides practical, actionable guidance for improving your health. |

Our health coach Markus has a background in biomedicine and over 10 years of experience in functional medicine, where he also educates healthcare professionals in the field. He has worked as a health coach for several years, supporting both men and women, and has managed a wide range of cases — from hormonal imbalances and gut-related issues (such as dysbiosis and SIBO) to ME/CFS and post-COVID symptoms.
Markus does not believe in a “one size fits all” approach but instead develops personalized plans that vary from person to person depending on medical history, health background, and genetic factors. |
