Team Dashboard is a digital notice board shared between the team administrator and the team members. As a team member, you can access this notice board through the chat with the Flourish Chatbot, and as an administrator, you can reach it by logging into your admin account.

It is, therefore, a convenient way to efficiently distribute and display results from, for example, pulse surveys and anonymous feedback that has been published.

In this module you can see your sent out Pulse surveys based on metrics where it shows either through -100 or +100, where +-0 is a neutral zone and minus shows negative score and plus shows as a positive score.

Here you have recommendations and requests from your coworkers from previous surveys.

Here you have an overview over the shared praise between your employees.

Through the Message Board you´re able to send out messages & praise to the team as a collective.

In the settings, you´re able to show/hide all the different dashboard modules by preference.
