Employees that has received an invitation

To be able to respond to Flourish pulse surveys and utilize other features in Flourish as an employee, you need to activate yourself through our chatbot via one of our selectable chat channels.

In addition to external chat channels, Flourish is available via web chat with SMS or email notification. If you choose Flourish Chat (web chat), you need to provide both your unique activation code that you received via SMS or email, and then create your own password.

Our chatbot is fully integrated into the chat channel you choose. This means that Flourish not only sends a notification via the selected channel, but conducts the entire chat directly through the channel you've chosen.

How do I find my personal activation code?

In the invitation you received via SMS or email, there is a unique personal code you need to activate yourself with our chatbot. If you received the invitation via SMS, you can find your code right next to your SMS invitation, just before or directly after it. If you received the invitation via email, your personal code is marked directly in the email.
