There are few things as uplifting as genuine praise for something others appreciate or that you've done well. That’s why we’ve made it easy to give and receive praise through Flourish.
When You Send Praise
You need to activate Flourish Chatbot to send and receive praise.
You can send praise to colleagues within the same company, even if they’re outside your team.
Praise can be sent with or without a personalized message.
If you include a personal message, the recipient will see who the sender is.
If you send praise without a personal message, you can choose whether to remain anonymous to the recipient.
When You Receive Praise
You will always see who sent the praise if it includes a personalized message.
If there’s no message, the sender’s identity will depend on whether they chose to remain anonymous.
Flourish will ask if you want to publish the praise on the Team Dashboard, making it visible to the entire team.
While we hope that praise is also given in person, a great advantage of receiving praise in Flourish is that you can revisit it and feel appreciated even later. And if you ever look for a new job, why not include this as a "positive reference"?
