Figo Insights & Control is the center of the Figo Dashboard. It gives you a real-time overview of your organisation's mobility activity such as spend, usage, employee adoption, and cost-saving opportunities, all in one view.
Use it to spot trends, identify outliers, and make informed decisions about your mobility policy.
What can you do on the Insights & Control page?
From Insights & Control you can:
See mobility spend at a glance: total expenses across all products, broken down by month
Track TravelCard funds: remaining balance available for Travel Card usage
Monitor Private usage: see whether Figo is being used for personal purposes
Download reports: emission reports, top spenders, missing receipts, payroll files and more
View employee adoption: total active and invited employees
Identify top spenders: see which employees have the highest mobility spend
Spot missing receipts: find Trave Card users who still need to finalise transactions
Track compensation insights: total allowances and compensations paid out
Discover saving opportunities: get suggestions on how to reduce mobility costs
Invite employees: directly from the welcome banner, individually or in bulk or via integration.
How it works
The Insights & Control page is built from a set of widgets that each show a specific part of your mobility activity. Here's what you'll find depending on you settings and contract:
Invite Employees
Quick access to invite new employees one by one or in bulk or via integrations. A handy starting point if your organisation is still onboarding. → How to invite employees
TravelCard Funds
Shows the remaining balance available for Travel Card usage across your organisation. Click through to manage funds and top-up if needed. → How Auto Top-ups work
Monitor Private usage
Highlights whether any mobility usage happened privately or e.g. outside office hours. Useful for spotting private use or unusual activity. Download a detailed report directly from this widget. → Private and Business labeling automated
Emission Report
Track your organisation's CO₂ emissions from mobility usage. Select a date range and download the report. Useful for sustainability reporting and Dutch legislation such as the WPM (Werkgebonden Personenmobiliteit), the mandatory reporting on work-related mobility for employers with 100+ employees, submitted to the RVO.
Mobility Expenses
A chart of total mobility spend over recent months (including VAT), broken down by product. Toggle between 4 months, 12 months, or this year. The "Save up to" indicator shows potential savings based on your current public transport patterns. → Our cost saving module explained.
Mobility Services
See how your employees actually use Figo, which products and services they choose. Toggle between 30, 90, or 365 days. → What mobility products we offer.
Employees
A donut chart showing your total active and invited employees, so you can track adoption at a glance. → How to invite employees
Missing Receipts
A list of TravelCard users with the most missing receipts. Click "View all" to follow up with employees who need to upload documentation. → How our Digital First TravelCard works
Top Spenders
The employees with the highest mobility spend (including VAT) for the selected month. Useful for monthly reviews and budget conversations.
Compensation Insights
Total compensation paid out to employees through Figo, fixed allowances, working-from-home, and commute compensations. Toggle between monthly and yearly views.
Employee Mileages
Employees with the most kilometers registered in the selected month. Useful for tracking commute and business travel patterns.
Downloading reports
Most widgets include a download button (↓) to export the data as a report. Available reports include:

Missing receipts overview
Top spenders report
Mobility expenses
Employee mileages
Compensation overview
