Logging in and managing accounts as an admin

As an admin or HR manager, you manage employees and organisation settings via the Figo Dashboard. You have access to more applications than a regular employee.

How do I log in?

There are two ways to log in, depending on what has been set up for your organisation:

  • Email and password — enter your email address and password.

  • SSO (Single Sign-On) — enter your work email address and you will be redirected to your organisation's login page automatically.

What is the difference between an admin and a super admin?

Both roles can manage employees, but a super admin has additional permissions:

  • Granting other users super admin rights

  • Managing financial settings that are not accessible to regular admins

How do I add an employee?

Employees can only create an account via an invitation. You send invitations from the Dashboard:

  1. Go to dashboard.figo.app and click employees in the menu

  2. Click Invite employee

  3. Fill in the details and choose the account type: employee, admin, or super admin

The employee will receive an invitation email and can use it to create their account straight away.

Note: If your organisation has a connection between Figo and your HR system, manual invitations are not needed — employees are invited automatically. Want to set this up? Let us know via Connect HR system.

Forgot your password?

This only applies if you log in with an email address and password. If your organisation uses SSO, manage your password through your employer's system.

Click Forgot password on the login page of the Dashboard, Figo app, or Mobility Center. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
