DepenSys now retains a full history of shift changes.

2. Staff Grades & Care Cost Visibility

This release significantly improves how staffing roles and costs are modelled.

  • Staff grades increased from 5 to 10

  • Hourly rates added to staff grades

  • Automatic calculation of care costs based on resident needs and skill mix

3. Home Units – Staff Allocation Improvements

DepenSys now supports two ways to allocate staff to units.
