On the ‘All Homes’ screen, click on ‘Add Home’ and the following box will appear:
Complete the relevant information in the box. This can be edited at any time.
‘Hours Override’ is a feature described later in the User Manual and should be left at ‘0’ for now.
‘Managing Director’ is explained under ‘Adding Users’ above.
Please note that the ‘home group’ function will not show where the organisation has a single home or a small number of homes. The function allows a larger group of homes to be subdivided – please see Column Order & Search Functions
Once completed, the following screen will appear:
This is the display for an organisation for a single home. Note the ‘add home’ box is coloured red; it is disabled when no further homes can be added. Please contact the Customer Success team if you wish to increase the number of homes.
For organisations with two or more homes, this process can be repeated until all the homes have been entered.
Tip: users who have the Home Groups function enabled should now see Home Groups (optional feature)
