You will have been set up as one of the following:
Super User - The first Super User for the organisation is set up by the DepenSys team. The Super User has full access to the system administration, and can set up new users including other Super Users
Director - Can view ‘All Homes’, ‘All Residents’, ‘Home Groups’ and ‘Activity Log’. DepenSys has a further type of Director called ‘MD’ (Managing Director) which restricts the access to homes specifically allocated to them. Please see MD (Managing Director) User Level
Home User - Access to a single home.
Organisations with multiple homes may opt to have the ‘Home Groups’ function enabled, which gives two further user levels;
Area Manager - Where a group is divided into areas / regions of management, this enables a manager of that area or region to have access to all homes allocated to them.
Service Desk - Access restricted to User Management (add/edit/remove) and IP WhiteList Management (if enabled) features only.
