Homes can be allocated to individual Directors.
When the “MD - Assigned Homes Only” option is enabled, a Director will see only the data of homes that have been assigned to them.
This is useful where a large group divides its homes into Regions, for example, with a senior manager for each Region. This is independent of Home Groups (an optional feature) and allows, for example, a Regional Manager to cover several Areas each of which has its own Area Manager.
This feature is accessed by editing an individual home (left). The Managing Director box will display all of the MD users set up in the Edit User function (see previous page).
This also allows smaller groups, even of just two homes, to have Managing Directors assigned independently to one or more homes.
