Using DepenSys for the first time
Please note that you should only use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari browsers to access the system.
You should have received an email titled ‘Your DepenSys user account has been created’. Simply click on the link which will take you to the above ‘reset password’ login screen. Enter your email address (the one the link was sent to) and choose a password.
Passwords need to be strong; the system will not allow you to set a weak / medium
strength password. This means your password should be a minimum of 10 characters
and include a mixture of capitals and lower case letters, numbers, and special
characters - at least one of each.
If you forget your password, you can use the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link to reset it.
Please note that all email links can be used only once, and expire after 24 hours. |
