To cancel your booking, select the booking you'd like to cancel and click "Cancel Booking". Once cancelled, you'll be able to make a new booking for your preferred date and time.
Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. If cancelled before this timeframe, your refund should arrive within 5–10 business days.
