What's Your Refund and Cancellation Policy?

To reschedule your booking, you’ll first need to cancel your existing booking.

You can do this by opening your confirmation email and clicking “Cancel Booking,” then confirming on the next screen.

Alternatively, log into your account and go to Bookings (if using the website) or My Orders (if using the app). Select the booking you’d like to cancel and click “Cancel Booking.” Once cancelled, you can book a new session at your preferred date and time.

Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. If cancelled before this timeframe, your refund should arrive within 5–10 business days.
