We offer free concessions to students, people over 65 and universal credit holders.
This concession gives you £5 Off-Peak 1h and Off-Peak 90min Sauna sessions across all sites (please note this does not include our Peckham location). These sessions are for the account holder ONLY, please do not book others.
You can apply through our chatbot, Ember, at the bottom right corner of this page.
Please note, we do require one of the following to prove your eligibility for this Concession:
• UK university students - Valid student ID.
• Universal or tax credit, job seekers allowance or housing benefit - Letter statement dated within the last three months with your name clearly visible.
• Over 65s - Photo ID showing date of birth.
Once approved, your Concession is valid 6 months. Once expired, please reapply via Ember, our chatbot.
