We offer free concessions to students, people over 65 and universal credit holders.
This concession gives you £5 Off-Peak 1h and Off-Peak 90min Sauna sessions across all sites (please note this does not include our Peckham location). These sessions are for the account holder ONLY, please do not book others.

Important information about eligibility:
Students enrolled at non-UK universities are not eligible for this concession.
Student IDs must display a valid current date and photo. If your ID does not show a valid date or photo, you may be asked to provide an enrolment letter and an additional form of photo ID.
If applying through Universal Credit, your most recent payment statement must show a payment amount above £0, clearly display your name and be dated within the month of your application. You must also provide a photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, etc) that matches your supporting document.
If applying through Tax Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance or Housing Benefit, you must also provide a photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, etc) that matches your supporting document. If you are over 65, just provide a copy of your photo ID.
Once approved, your Concession is valid 6 months. Once expired, please reapply via Ember, our chatbot.
