We offer free Disability Concessions to anyone living with a disability and those who may need assistance to access the sauna.
This concession gives you £5 Off-Peak and £11 Peak Sauna sessions across all sites (please note this does not include our Peckham location). These sessions are for the account holder ONLY, please do not book others.

We follow the Equality Act definition of disability - "a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term negative effect on a person's ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities". To verify your eligibility, please provide one of the following:
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
Attendance Allowance (AA)
Severely Sight Impaired Registration (formerly Registered Blind)
Sight Impaired Registration (formerly Partially Sighted)
Hearing Loss Registration (Deaf, Deaf with Speech, or Hard of Hearing)
Disabled Persons Railcard
Access Card
Blue Badge
Disabled ID (DID) Card
You must also provide a photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, etc) that matches your supporting document.
Once approved, your Concession is valid for 1 year. Once expired, please reapply via Ember, our chatbot.
Your Disability Concession includes free access for a carer or companion. Once your application has been approved, we will send you a separate link to a hidden calendar where you can book their space.
