Your NHS Concession gives you:
2 Free NHS Sauna Sessions per month: Off-Peak 1h Sauna at all of our locations
£5 Sauna: Off-Peak 1h Sauna and Off-Peak 90min Sauna sessions across all sites
£11 Sauna: Peak 90min Sauna across all sites
Please note these sessions are for the account holder ONLY, please do not book others. You may be required to show your NHS ID on arrival.

To verify your eligibility for this concession, you must provide:
A valid NHS ID card showing a current date. If your ID does not show a valid date, you may be asked to provide your most recent NHS payslip (with any sensitive information blurred out).
A photo ID matching the name shown on your NHS card or payslip.
Once approved, your Concession is valid for 1 year. Once expired, please reapply via Ember, our chatbot.
