To reschedule your booking, simply locate your booking in the app, on the website, or in your confirmation email and click "Move Booking". You'll then be able to select a new date and time. Once your booking has been moved, you'll receive a new confirmation email with your updated booking details.
Please note that bookings can only be moved to the same type of session. For example, an off-peak session can only be moved to another off-peak session.
If you'd prefer to cancel your booking, select the booking you'd like to cancel and click "Cancel Booking". Once cancelled, you'll be able to make a new booking for your preferred date and time.
Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. If cancelled before this timeframe, your refund should arrive within 5–10 business days.
