Where Is My USD Withdrawal?

If your USD withdrawal hasn’t arrived yet or is still showing as pending in your Coinmetro account, don’t worry. This guide will help you troubleshoot the most common reasons your withdrawal might be delayed

⏳ Check the Expected Processing Time

For all USD withdrawals, whether sent via SWIFT, Fedwire, or ACH, please allow up to three full business days for the funds to arrive in your bank account. Keep in mind that banking cut-off times, weekends, and public holidays can cause delays.

If your funds have not arrived after three business days, first contact your bank to check if the payment is in progress. If they confirm it has been successful, please reach out to our Coinmetro Support Team.

📧 Check Your Emails for Verification Requests

As a secure and regulated exchange, Coinmetro may occasionally request additional verification before processing your withdrawal. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for any messages from us.

🏦 Check if Your Bank Rejected the Funds

Sometimes banks reject transactions, especially those related to cryptocurrency exchanges, without notifying you. If your withdrawal is delayed, check with your bank to confirm whether they have refused the funds.

📝 Verify Your Bank Details Are Correct

Double-check that the bank account details you entered are accurate and up-to-date. Even a small mistake, such as an incorrect account number, routing code, or SWIFT/BIC, can cause delays, rejections, or funds being returned.

👤 Make Sure Your Account Name Matches

The name on your Coinmetro account must match the name on your bank account. Withdrawals to third parties will be rejected and automatically returned to your Coinmetro account.
