How Can I Check My Account Verification (KYC) Status?

You can check your personal, phone, identity, and address verification statuses from your Account Settings.

How to Check Your KYC Status

On Desktop or Browser

On the Mobile App

  1. Click on your user avatar on the left sidebar menu on your Dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Verification" tab.

  1. From the home screen, tap on your user avatar in the top right of the screen.

  2. Tap on "Verification".

From here, you'll be able to find your account verification status and any links to upload new documents if required.
