Ready to cash out? Withdrawing USD from Coinmetro to your bank account is quick and easy. Follow this step-by-step guide to complete your withdrawal successfully and securely.

Important: If you have a business account, you need to contact our customer support team to request a manual USD withdrawal. Please send an email to hello@coinmetro.com with the following information so we can process the transaction:

  • Beneficiary name

  • Beneficiary address

  • Beneficiary bank name

  • Beneficiary bank address

  • Beneficiary account number

  • Beneficiary routing number/ABA

✅ Step 1: Verify Your Account

Before you can withdraw funds, your Coinmetro account must be fully verified. This is a requirement for all transactions on the platform.

Verification includes:

  • Completing your identity check (submitting personal information and a valid ID document)

  • Submitting your residential address.

Simply log into your account and complete the verification process if you haven't already.

Important: SWIFT withdrawals are available for personal Coinmetro accounts only.

📋 How to Get Your ABA Wire Code

If you're withdrawing USD via Fedwire from a personal account, you'll need your ABA Wire Code (Routing Number). Please note that the Beneficiary Bank may try to give you the Correspondent BIC instead, so in this case, you may need to request the Wire ABA Code.

You can use the following script to request the Wire ABA Code (Routing Number) from your bank:

Hi, I’m looking to receive a payment from my account with a US Bank that is not directly connected to SWIFT. To create a payment at their end, they will require the ABA (American Banker’s Association) code, aka Routing Number, of your US Correspondent. They need this to initiate a domestic Wire transfer to your correspondent who will then forward the payment to you via SWIFT. Can you therefore, please provide me with information on who is your US Correspondent Bank and what is their ABA code/Routing number?

Important: Please note that we do not currently support USD transfers via the ACH system. Please double-check that the routing number you provide is specifically for Wire transfers only.

📧 First-Time Withdrawals: Confirm Your Destination

For your first withdrawal to a new bank account:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email titled:
    “💸 Funds on the move”.

  • Click the Confirm button in the email.

Once confirmed, the withdrawal will be processed.

📥 Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it right away.

💾 Save Your Bank Details (Optional)

Want to speed things up next time? You can save and name each bank account after confirming a withdrawal. That way, you won’t need to re-enter details in the future.

If you need any help, feel free to reach out to our support team — we're always happy to assist!
