Waiting for your AUD deposit to show up in your Coinmetro account? Don’t worry — most delays are easy to resolve. This guide walks you through the common reasons deposits may be pending and what steps you can take to fix it.
🏦 AUD Bank Transfer Deposits (Osko)
If you’ve deposited via bank transfer and the funds haven’t arrived:
✅ Check the deposit details — Double-check that you entered the correct account number, BSB number, and compulsory reference.
🔑 Compulsory Reference — Always include your unique reference in the transfer reference field. Without it, our finance team cannot assign the deposit to your Coinmetro account.
👉 If you forgot to include your compulsory reference, email hello@coinmetro.com as soon as possible with your transfer details and proof of payment document.
📧 Check your emails — For compliance reasons, we may contact you for additional information before we can process the transaction (don’t forget to check your spam/junk inboxes too).
👤 Account name match — The name on your Coinmetro account must match the name on your bank account. Third-party transfers are against our Terms of Use and will be returned to your bank account at your expense.
💳 Verify with your bank — Confirm with your bank that the payment was successful and there were no issues on their end.
⏳ Allow the full processing time — Allow up to 2 full business days for AUD Osko deposits to arrive in your Coinmetro account.
If you have checked all of the above and your funds haven’t arrived after 2 business days, contact Customer Support with a proof of payment document that includes the following:
Your bank account details (name, account number, and BSB number).
Coinmetro's AUD deposit account details.
Your Compulsory Reference number
Date and amount of the transfer.
💳 AUD Credit Card Deposits (Visa/Mastercard)
Card payments are usually instant, but in some cases, they may take longer:
✅ Ensure your card supports international or crypto transactions.
🔒 Complete any required 3D Secure/OTP verification with your bank.
👤 Cardholder name must match your Coinmetro account name.
🚫 Some banks may block crypto-related payments — check with your bank if you suspect this.
👉 If your card deposit is still missing after 1 hour, please reach out to Support with your transaction ID and proof of payment.
📱 Apple Pay & Google Pay Deposits
Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits are processed through your linked card, so the same checks apply:
✅ Make sure your linked card supports crypto transactions.
📲 Confirm the payment was approved in your wallet app.
⏳ Deposits should be instant, but in rare cases may take longer.
👉 If funds don’t arrive within 1 hour, please contact Support with your payment confirmation details.
