The Master Profile shows a guest's consent status in a single table. You can see whether a guest has opted in or out, and which of their profiles each consent belongs to, without opening another screen.
What the consent overview shows
The table lists every consent held for the guest across the profiles linked into their Master Profile. Each row gives the consent, the profile it belongs to, its current status, where it came from, its type and description, and the dates it was requested, granted, or revoked. It updates as consents change, so the status you see is the latest one. For what each status means, see Guest consent statuses.
Where to find it
There is nothing to switch on. Open a guest's Master Profile and select the Consents tab. To open a Master Profile, see Master Profile.
What you can do with it
Check marketing consent before you send. Confirm a guest has opted in before sending a promotional message.
Handle a data privacy request. Review a guest's consent record in one place during a GDPR or data privacy review, including which profile each consent came from.
Confirm consent before automating. Check a guest's status before adding them to a journey or campaign.
What this does not do
Only consents held in Bookboost are shown. A consent stored only in a third-party PMS, and not synced across, does not appear.
Consents belong to a profile, not to the Master Profile. The Master Profile gathers them into one view and names the profile each one came from. It does not combine them into a single consent for the guest.
The table is read-only. To change a guest's consent, use the consent management flow on the profile rather than the Master Profile. See Consent management essentials.
What to do next
To grant or change a consent rather than read it, see Set up and apply consent options.
