Audience filters decide who receives a campaign. This trigger decides the moment: it sends right after a guest submits a form in the Guest App, so your follow-up lands while the guest is still thinking about it. It works for online check-in, the OTA profiler, and any custom form you have built.
How to set it up
In the campaign builder, choose After Dr Form was submitted as your trigger.
Build your campaign content using any of your existing tokens.
Schedule or activate the campaign. Guests receive it automatically after submitting a form.
What this does not do
It cannot pull in the guest's answers. Only your existing tokens work in the campaign content. What the guest actually typed into the form is not available as a token.
It cannot be scoped to one form. The trigger fires on any Guest App form submission, so write the campaign content to make sense for every form a guest might have submitted.
