Introduction
You already choose who receives a campaign using audience filters. Now you can also choose the moment it sends right after a guest submits a form in the Guest App. This works for online check-in, the OTA profiler, or any custom form you've built, so you can follow up while the action is still fresh for the guest.
How to set it up
In the campaign builder, choose "After Dr Form was submitted" as your trigger.
Build your campaign content using any of your existing tokens.
Schedule or activate the campaign guests will automatically receive it after submitting the selected form.
Good to know
Only existing tokens can be used in the campaign content a guest's actual form responses can't be pulled in as tokens.
This trigger fires on any Guest App form submission. There's currently no way to scope it to one specific form, so keep that in mind when designing your campaign logic.
