Introduction
Tokens let you drop live Opera Cloud data into any campaign or message, so each guest sees their own reservation, room, and rate details. This article lists the Opera Cloud tokens available in Bookboost, grouped by category.
How tokens work
Add a token where you want the live value to appear, for example {{user.first_name}} in a greeting. When the message sends, Bookboost replaces the token with that guest's data from Opera Cloud.
