If Insights does not show what you need today, there are three routes depending on what is missing.
You want a custom view of existing data
You can do this yourself. The Custom Dashboard Builder lets Creator Seats build dashboards from any data already in Insights. See Building a custom dashboard and Creating custom tiles.
You want a metric or breakdown that does not exist yet
Raise it with your Account Manager. New metrics and dimensions are added to the roadmap and may be prioritised depending on the request.
When raising the request, include:
A short description of what you want to measure.
The decision it will help you make.
The current workaround you are using.
The decision context matters. The same metric can be built different ways depending on what you are trying to decide.
You want data from a system that is not in Bookboost
Bookboost Insights holds data relevant to Bookboost only. If you want to explore integration possibilities with other systems, contact your Account Manager.
Beta feedback
Insights is in closed beta and feedback is tracked actively. Anything you flag during beta has a good chance of influencing the next iteration.
