In-platform: Talk to Us
Click the Talk to Us option in the left menu inside the platform. This is the fastest route for most questions.

A specific bad conversation. Talk to Us. Link the conversation in your message.
Bug reports. Talk to Us. Attach a screenshot and describe the steps that produced the issue.
Feature requests. Talk to Us or email. Beta-phase feature requests are tracked actively.
What to include in a bug report
A short description of what went wrong.
The AI Agent in question and its configuration.
The conversation where the issue happened (link or screenshot).
The expected versus actual behaviour.
The more specific you are, the faster it gets diagnosed.
Beta feedback
The AI Agent is in Early Release. Bookboost's product team tracks beta feedback closely, and anything you flag during this phase has a good chance of influencing the next iteration.
