In the case when you’re switch from a provider also managing FB Messenger there could be a situation where you need to update your Handover protocol (Handover Protocol):
When you get a chance, could you please log in to an administrator's account for your Facebook Page, select
the appropriate FB from the profile drop down and:
Navigate to Settings & Privacy
Navigate to Settings
In the sidebar click on Page setup
Then on the central panel click View under Advanced Messaging
Finally, under App Settings click Configure next to Messenger Receiver
You will be presented with a Primary Receiver setting - could you please make sure that BookBoost is configured as the Primary Receiver if it is not already.
