Please can you first of all confirm if you are able to view and access the general settings of the device? If not, then you are likely locked down by an MDM service
If Locked Down:
If your device is managed by ourselves, you will be able to see an app icon called MCm Device Settings. Could you please open this app and location an icon which looks like a blue door and cog. Please see the images below
This will take you to the About Phone page. The Android Version will be listed on here
If not Locked Down:
If the device is not locked down by our own MDM and is not managed by ourselves, then there is a slightly different route to reach this About Phone page. Please locate the Settings app icon
And scroll down to About Phone
This may vary slightly depending on device itself, however most devices will be the above route
