First, please identify the Serial number of the device you wish to factory reset. This can be done by finding the MCM device settings app on your locked down device and pressing the following blue icon which resembles a door and a cog
This will take you to the About phone page. From here, please press Model & Hardware
And let our support team know what the full serial number reads
The device will then be able to be remotely unlocked allowing access to genera functions. The display will alter to display more apps and options. If you return to the device home screen and search for all apps, please find the general phone settings to reset the device

Erase all Data (enterprise reset) Other device types might have a 4th option which separates Factory Reset and Enterprise reset into two separate options. Please use factory reset in this case.
Finally confirm this and press Erase all Data twice. The device will then restart
Once restarted, the device will show this screen. PLEASE DO NOT PRESS START.
Instead, press the white background 6 times quickly to bring up the QR code scan screen
Our support team will send a QR code to you via email. Please simply point the camera of the device at the image of the QR code to scan it. This may take a few attempts, and you may need to position the camera differently in relation to the image to get it to scan.
Once scanned, the Connect to Wi-Fi page will immediately show. Please connect the device to the internet.
The following screen will display for up to 10 minutes whilst the setup is processing.
During this time, each of the following screens will intermittently stop the process and require agreement or authentication from the user Accept or Accept and Continue must be pressed each time.
Once complete the device will be set up as a normal phone and downloading of global policy apps should start automatically. The device can then be locked down.
When opening the Atlas eMAR app, it will show the following License screen
Please go to Atlas Central to find this license code. On the left hand black panel, please see My Care Home followed by Manage Devices
At the top left of this new page you will see a yellow ‘Add new device’ button.
Once pressed, a QR license code will be automatically sent to your email address. Allow up to 5 minutes for this to arrive. Please simply use the device with the app open to scan this QR code and the device will automatically complete the process.
