Whilst a device is locked down by our Mobile Device Monitoring (MDM) service, there are limited options that can be adjusted on the device, however the MCM Device Setting app has been designed to allow some changes to be made. If you wish to change the following settings:
Current Screen brightness
Auto brightness toggle
Screen timeout
Auto Screen rotate
Please open the following app that should be visible on your device, followed by the Blue Square icon shown below
The following screen will display
If you are locked down by an external MDM provider, you will need to contact your own provider o have them adjust this, or unlock your device. If you have any issues, please contact support via email or live chat
