Atlas eMAR Low Stock Warnings have changed slightly from previous versions of the app.

We have replaced the Ignore option with No Action Required.

If you select the No Action Required you will be prompted to enter your reason why.

This could be because the item is a short course antibiotic, or the item maybe PRN and you have sufficient in stock until the next monthly supply.

PCS eMAR will display a Low Stock Warning alert if an item is below the selected threshold and PCS eMAR has a default threshold of NINE days stock For PRN Medication the threshold is calculated as if the maximum dose will be administered. If an item has a schedule of Use as Directed set, then it is not possible to calculate Low Stock. Low Stock Warnings will also appear for short course medication, such as antibiotics.

You can change the threshold for the Low Stock Warning to appear.

1. Log into your handset 2. From the HOME screen select Option

3. Select Change Device Filter and move the slider to the desired number of days you wish to select IMPORTANT You will need to adjust the threshold for each unit and on all of your handsets.
