Atlas eMAR will display a Low Stock Warning alert if an item is below the selected threshold. Atlas eMAR has a default threshold of NINE days stock For PRN Medication with prompted administrations the threshold is calculated as if the maximum dose will be administered. If an item has a schedule of Use as Directed set, then it is not possible to calculate Low Stock
Real Time Reporting Historically this alert was updated overnight, following feedback we have amended this to report in “real time” As soon as an item falls below the threshold for Low Stock the item will be added to the alerts. Colour coding We are introducing a new colour coding for the Low Stock Prompt. This is based on how many items are in Low Stock.
RED – 50 or more items in Low Stock
AMBER - 1- 49 items in Low Stock
GREEN - 0 items in Low Stock

• Current Stock Level
• Days until next delivery
• Cycle Start date
• Days Left
• Overall Status
• Order Status
• Any Actions, i.e. Needs Booking In
