This screen has been designed to display all active dispensing "Batches" and the current status of the batch. The Labelling and packaging process will take place from the batch, once these processes have been completed the batch can be closed, removing it from the batches screen.
To view a batch either scan the batch label or double click on the batch to begin dispensing.
Reprint patient batch labels
Patient batch labels can be reprinted from the "batches" screen by selecting the batch you would like to reprint for and click reprint patient batch.
Did you know?
You can now set a batch configuration preference for Interim and Monthly batches to go straight to the packaging screen after completing the labelling process.
To set your batch preference click search from the tool bar located at the top of CAPA, click "system settings" and tick the relevant batch configuration.
Tips
Closing your batches once the labelling and packaging process has been completed will keep your "batches" screen clear allowing you to work efficiently by prioritising outstanding and urgent batches.
Dispensing labels which have been dispensed manually or items with a quantity which is less than a full pack will display a final checking screen during the packaging stage to allow you to review the item one last time.
Additional labels for packages can be printed from the packaging screen for items which may be fragile or require refrigeration.
Patient owing labels can be printed from the packaging screen. To print an owing label click patient owing label.
