Depending on your monitor and screen resolution, the popup position of the Item Entry screen may get in the way of the prescription image.
You can permanently adjust this popup location by following these instructions:
1. Close the popup
2. From the prescription screen click the down arrow on the Actions button at the bottom left, and choose Settings > Edit Item Popup Position
3. Make slight changes to the Rx X (horizontal) and Rx Y (vertical) settings to adjust
This is a trial and error process, and it is worth starting with changes of approx 100
4. Make the change and click OK
5. Then double click on the Item Entry list again and assess if further changes are needed
