Atlas Pharmacy: Step 1 - Adding The Care Home Tag to the patient profile

The first step of using the Titan and Atlas integration is to add the Care Home tag to the patient profile, this is to ensure the data is shared between the two systems.

For new patients to Titan, the Care Home tag must be add to new patients at the point of creating the patient record on Titan. For existing patients, the Care Home tag will need to be added before processing any prescriptions items which are intended for use with the Atlas system.

To add the Care Home tag to a new patient profile on Titan follow this process;

1. New patients will be added during the checking stage of their first prescription received by Titan. Select add patient.

2. Once the patients profile has been created on Titan the status next their name will change from no match to full match.

3. At this stage before the checks are completed, search for the patients profile in the search bar located in the top right hand corner. You must enter the word patient, then select the option to search the patient followed by their name. Once the profile is displayed selected you will be displayed with the patient fly out on the right hand side of the page, select see complete view at the bottom of the screen.

4. From the complete view Select add from the Tags and services option.

5.Selectthe Care Home name and click add. Once the tag as been added you must click save at the bottom of the patient profile.

6. Once the patient tag is added you will be able to see it allocated to the patient profile as displayed below.

To add a tag to existing patient profile follow steps 3-5.
