This Article aims to show you what to do if you have incorrectly matched a Patient Match on Atlas pharmacy.
If the match is linked to an incorrect resident and visible in the Titan match section.
Step 1: From the Clinical check screen you will need to review/decline any pending clinical checks for the incorrect prescriptions processed & stop any medications that may have added to the incorrect residents repeat medications list.
Step 2: From Atlas pharmacy go to the Patients screen, select the profile, Right click then select "remove patient match". If any prescriptions have been linked to the archived record then highlight the prescriptions to be removed then select "Remove patient links".
Please note: If the Prescriptions have not been processed the above steps should resolve the issue. If the Prescriptions have been processed through to labelling stage please follow the additional steps below.
Step 3: View the residents profile and select the prescriptions history tab. Any prescriptions within the dispense history for the incorrect resident must be reset using 'Re-set all data' via 'Actions' so the prescriptions data is not displayed against the incorrect resident.
Please note: This has to be completed per Prescription.
Step 4: If any Clinical checks have been completed you will need to review the patients repeat medication list to remove any incorrectly added medications,
