This report gives a breakdown of where Atlas PCS has intervened and prevented the user from continuing with administering medication due to clinical reasons.
How to generate the Interventions Report
1. Log in to Atlas Central.
2. Select reports from the left hand side of the screen. Open the Interventions reporting section by clicking the arrow in the right hand corner of the report.
3. Select the Care Home unit you want to generate the report for from the drop down box.
4. Select the date period you want to generate the from.
5. Click generate report.
6. A printable PDF copy of the report will download, to print open the document and select the print icon (Note PDF reader will be required to open and print the document). The PDF document will show the resident, nurse, drug, type and date.
Intervention report types
Not found at book in - is a correct Barcode, but the barcode isn't live.
Medication not patient - is they are in one resident, but have scanned another residents meds
Red items still outstanding - That is they have given at least one other item, go to confirm pot there are items in red.
Interval check failed - is relating to 4 hours analgesia - User tried to select the item within 4 hours
Medication not found - either they have scanned the manufacturers barcode or the Barcode in the Dispensing Label has not pulled through
