Medication Therapy Report

This report lists all medication for resident by the selected medication type. The following medication therapy reports can be generated;

How to generate the Medication Therapy Report;

1. Log in to Atlas Central.

2. Select reports from the left hand side of the screen. Open the Interventions reporting section by clicking the arrow in the right hand corner of the report.

3. Selectmedication type you would like to generate the report for.

4. Click generate report.

6. A printable PDF copy of the report will download, to print open the document and select the print icon (Note PDF reader will be required to open and print the document).
