CMR Report

The Clinical Management report has been designed to provide an overall view of the residents medication therapy. The report is spilt into two sections, medication management and clinical management.

The report details the following information;

  • Drug name and dosage

  • Date the therapy was started

  • The last time the item had been administered

  • Number of Givens - indicates the proportion of times this drug was
    administered in the last 28 days against total theoretical possibilities

  • Not given reasons calculated; A - Number of times a drug was “not given” due to a resident
    specific reason (e.g. refused, asleep, sickness, etc)
    C - Number of times a drug was “not given” due to a STOCK
    specific reason (e.g. no stock available)
    B - Number of times a drug was “not given” due to a Atlas PCS
    calculation (e.g. suppressed, hospital, etc)

To generate the CMR report from the reports section;

1. Log in to Atlas Central.

2. Select reports from the left hand side of the screen. Open the Interventions reporting section by clicking the arrow in the right hand corner of the report.

3. Select a Care Home unit.

4. To generate a CRM report for all residents within the unit selected unit leave the patient drop down box as the default, all patients. To select a specific resident click the patient drop down.

5. Click generate CMR.

6. A printable PDF copy of the report will download, to print open the document and select the print icon (Note PDF reader will be required to open and print the document).

To generate the CMR report from the residents profile select view CMR located underneath the residents photo.
