You are able to edit details of a resident medication directly from the Atlas Central web portal, simply edit the dosage instructions and schedule directly from the residents profile then synchronise your Atlas eMAR device to download any changes to medication you have made.
To Edit a new medication follow this process;
1. Log in to Atlas Central and click residents.
2. Click the view option on the residents profile you wish to view.
3. Click more on the drug column in which you wish you to amend.
4. Click edit drug.
4. Amend the medication details as needed, to amend the schedule of the drug you will need to click edit on the schedule column. Once completed select save schedule. If you wish to stop the medication, please select Stop Drug.
5. Check all of the information is displayed correctly on the review screen are correct, once your happy the information inputted is correct select Update Drug. Should you wish to make any further amendments click back and adjust the details accordingly. To action the change, ask a colleague to witness medication change and click witness.
6. Synchronise the device to download the new medication to the resident profile.
