Editing a resident profile via Atlas Central

You are able amend a residents profile directly from Atlas Central which will update the Atlas PCS device during the following successful synchronisation. This feature includes the transferring of a resident from one unit to another, updating of personal details such as name, D.O.B, allergies/ conditions and GP details.

To edit a residents profile follow this process;

1. Log in to Atlas Central and click residents.

2.Select the residents profile you wish to amend and click the edit resident option located under the photo.

3. Amend the relevant field accordingly, once completed click update resident (please note: If you are moving a resident from one unit to another click the unit drop down box and select the new unit you wish to allocate the resident to. Its important that synchronisation of both Atlas devices are completed in the correct order. On completion of the resident unit transfer, first synchronise the device that the resident is moving from, once that has been completed synchronise the new units device that the resident is moving to).

4. Once you have reviewed the residents updated profile, click update resident. A on screen prompt will ask you to confirm the change click confirm to continue.

5.Synchronise the Atlas PCS device to download the update details.
