You are able to view changes made to your residents items via Atlas eMAR. Changes that have been made as a result of Prescriptions being received at your Pharmacy and changes made by staff at the home are available to view for you and your colleagues.
Users will now be prompted of any recent changes made to a residents medication when entering the residents profile, administering medication. Users can also view all changes made to medication within the previous 14 days via a new tab which has been added to the resident medication screen.
To view your recent changes from the residents profile you will need to follow this process;
1. Once logged into the Atlas device, select the View residents option and select the residents profile you wish to view.
2. View the residents medication list, in the top right hand corner you will see the option recent changes and a figure displayed below. The figure will indicate how many items have had changes made to them.
3. Select the recent changes option to view. Changes which have the option to view noteare changes made by a member of staff with in the home, changes which display view note and view RXwill be changes made by the pharmacy as a result of a prescription being received.
4. Select view note to view the change made and if applicable view RX to view the prescription.
