This feature centralises all of your bookings from various channels, offering a real-time overview of reservation statuses such as checked-in, checked-out, and payment statuses. Customising your calendar view is essential for efficient booking management, allowing you to filter and focus on specific booking details.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Access the Calendar

    • Go to the "Planning" section

    • Click on "Calendar"

  2. Apply a Filter

    • Click on "Filters" in the calendar view

    • Select the criteria you wish to filter by (e.g., check-in status, payment status)

    • Click "Save" to apply the filters

  3. Modify or Remove Filters

    • To change or remove filters, click on "Clear Filters" at the top of the calendar view

You can choose how detailed you'd like your calendar to appear. At the top right, you’ll see two buttons:

Expanded View: For more details, showing extra info for each booking.
