Access the reservation history
Navigate to Reservations in the left sidebar of your Administrator area
Click on the booking you wish to review
Click "View booking details"
View communication logs
Select the Inbox tab
Scroll down to the "Communication logs" section
Review reservation details
Examine when the reservation was created and its source (e.g., Airbnb, Booking Engine)
Check when automated emails were sent to both the guest and the property
Verify the creation of invoices, cancellations, and credit notes
