Is Guided Pathways for Confluence available for Confluence Server/Data Center?

Guided Pathways for Confluence is explicitly designed for use with Confluence Cloud. We currently aren't planning to bring the app to Confluence DC. Please let us know if you need this app by registering your interest on our feedback board.

How do I request a feature?

We'd love to hear your ideas for improving Guided Pathways for Confluence. Get in touch through our support team and let us know what you think, or request a feature.

How do I disable/enable Intercom?

We use Intercom to announce changes to users. Users can also directly ask us for help without the need to create a support ticket. You can enable/disable Intercom from the Guided Pathways App settings. Full instructions can be found here.

Can I uninstall and reinstall Guided Pathways?

There may be times where you need to uninstall and reinstall Guided Pathways. See our data preservation table to see which data is preserved when uninstalling and reinstalling.
