You can send four types of email messages to your participants in a live deployment:
Invitation emails announce to your audience that your program is live.
In a scheduled deployment, Step messages tell your audience that the next cog(s) in your program have unlocked and are ready to explore.
Currently, cogs are the only step type that include Step messages.
Please begin emails help your audience to get started with your program if they haven’t yet participated.
Come back emails encourage your audience to complete the program if their participation dropped off.
