Date
🗓️ Deployment dates represent the time frame when participants can interact with your program and receive related messaging.
Use the calendar menu or quick-select options to set the duration of your deployment. The start date is the day that you launch.
Program
Select Add program and select the program you plan to launch.
Audience
👥 You can deploy your program to one or more audiences.
To create a new audience, select Create an audience.
To add an existing audience, select Add audiences. You can edit an existing audience before deployment.
Messaging
📧 Messages encourage participation through well-timed nudges.
Set your sender name and customize the Invitation mail content.
To add a Please Begin and/or Come Back campaign, select Add campaign.
Select the number of messages you want to include in the campaign.
For each message, set the time interval, subject, and email body.
When you’re finished, select Enable to ensure the messages will send when your deployment is live.
