Activate Vocabulary At-A-Glance

Activity feed

A space to monitor live deployments with actionable daily insights about participant engagement and key milestones.

Audience

A named group of participants. Audiences can be defined by role, team, location, or any other useful grouping.

Deployment

A deployment connects audiences (and therefore the participants they contain) to a program. Deployments control access to programs so that the right people are connected to the right program at the right time.

Deployment analytics

On-demand analytics tools that allow you to check progress on the metrics that matter.

Fork

A fork prompt allows you to create dynamic branched responses to participant input, making conversations more relevant and engaging.

Formula

Formerly called ‘aggregates’, formulas are expressions with numbers, variables, and mathematical operators to use for branching or other calculations.

Organization

A shared workspace for collaborating with your team to build and deliver activation programs. Each organization has its own private space to manage users and content – access is by invite only.

Path

A curated sequence of steps designed to guide participants through change. Paths help organize content into a logical flow.

Step

An individual content piece in a path. There are different step types: coaching guides (or ‘cogs’ for short), links, media and modules. Modules can contain other steps and can be used to group related content.
