The Sana interface and chat experience are available in English. English is the only officially supported language. The Meeting Agent is the one exception: it can transcribe meetings in 35 languages.

If you write to Sana in another language, Sana may answer in that language. The AI models behind Sana understand many languages, but languages other than English are not officially supported or tested, and the quality of answers in those languages is not guaranteed.

This can't be turned off. Answering in other languages comes from the AI models themselves, not from a setting in Sana, so neither users nor workspace admins can prevent it.
